Shipping

So you just bought a board, or you are thinking of buying one, and would like to know what to expect for shipping.

We offer quite a few shipping options. After you purchase a board we will contact you within 24 hours to figure out which option will work best for you. If shipping the board is needed, we will send you an invoice for the option you choose and will ship the board once that is paid.

 

FREE local pick up at our Showroom 

If you live in the San Diego area, this will be the easiest option. The Showroom is open from 10am to 3pm Saturdays and Sundays or by appointment during the week.

Coastal California via Surf Ship

If you live in California and live within driving range of a Mollusk Surf Shop, we can have it shipped there for $125. They'll let you know when it's ready for you to pick it up from the shop. Mollusk has locations in Venice Beach, Santa Barbara and San Francisco.

 

Shipping Within the Continental United States

We can have your board delivered directly to your door. We safely box the board(s) and after our shipping service picks it up, we provide you with the tracking info. Once it arrives in your area, they will reach out to you via email or phone to schedule a delivery time.

Depending on the surfboard's length and weight, shipping a single board to the East Coast, Pacific Northwest, or anywhere in between, will cost between $300-$385.

As mentioned, the cost depends on the size and weight of board(s) being shipped, as well as distance from the point of origin, which is San Diego. It is possible to ship up to 4 boards in a single box. Doing so will add to the cost, but will be cheaper than shipping them individually. Sometimes we have customers that live in the same area purchase boards at the same time so they can have them shipped together and split the shipping cost.

 

Shipping to the Hawaiian Islands

We ship boards to Hawaii! However, you will have to pick up your board(s) from the airport or harbour as none of our Hawaiian Shipping services offer door to door delivery.

Depending on the size and weight, shipping a single board to Hawaii will cost between $375-$500.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, however none of our carriers will deliver to your door. You will have to pick up your board(s) up from the closest International Airport.

Depending on the size, weight and distance, shipping a single board internationally will cost between $500-$700
